of article 61 of the Law shall submit to the Minister of Transport an applicationdescribing the following items;
(1)Name and address;
(2)Type of aircraft, the nationality and registration mark of the aircraft;
(3)Summary of flight plan (indicating clearly the purpose, date and route of flight, and specifyg instrument flight rules or visual flight rules)
(4)Equipment unable to he installed and its quantity in each case;
(5)Reason for the inability to install said equipment;
(6)Name and qualifications of pilot;
(7)Other referential matters.

 

(Radiotelephone, etc. required in Aircraft used for Air Transportation Service)
Article 149. The equipment necessary for installation in an aircraft used for air transportation service under the provisions of Article 61-(2)paragraph 1 shall be as specified in the following subparagraphs (in the case of an aircraft other than those with a maximum take-off weight of not more than 5,700 kilograms, the equipment specified in subparagraphs 2 and 3 is not required), and the quantity of each item of said equipment shall be not less than the number specified in each subparagraph. However, the equipment specified in subparagraph 2 need not be installed in the case where an aircraft does not land on an aerodrome where ILS is installed:
(1)Radiotelephone capable of communicating with air traffic control facilities during navigation under any circumstances: One (1). (In the case of an aircraft with a maximum take-off weight of more than 5,700 kilograms: Two (2));
(2)ILS Receiver: One (1);
(3)Weather radar (Radar to detect cloud conditions): One (1).

 

(Application for Permission under Proviso of Article 61-(2)Paragraph 1 of the Law)
Article 149-(2). Any person who intends to obtain permission under the proviso Article 61-(2)paragraph 1 of the Law shall submit to the Minister of Transport an application describing the following items:
(1)Name and address;
(2)Type of aircraft, the nationality and registration mark of the aircraft;
(3)Summary of flight plan (indicating clearly the purpose, date and route of light;
(4)Equipment unable to be installed and its quantity in each case;
(5)Reason for the inability to install said equipment;
(6)Name and qualifications of pilot;
(7)Other referential matters.
